Hollowmere Return & Refund Policy

Return requests
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at bdtybuissness@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. If the request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send an item back without prior authorization, and do not send it to the address shown on the original parcel.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the item, packaging, and shipping label when applicable. After review, we may offer a replacement or a refund. In some cases, a physical return will not be required.

Change-of-mind returns
For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Items that are used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without authorization are not eligible.

Exceptions
Gift cards and personalized, custom-made, perishable, personal-care, hazardous, or final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before they enter processing or shipping. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once processing has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds
We will notify you after reviewing your request and, when a return is required, after inspecting the returned item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
